During September farms, manufacturing plants, stores, markets and NGOs open their doors for the consumers. But it doesn't stop on September 30th, because the website shows activities up to November 21st.
A lot of activities are outside of Prague and the website is in Czech, but it might be worth taking a look at some of the activities!
