Prague Spirit Festival: Insight Yoga on Wednesday September 26th
Develop your body, heart, mind and relationships, this Wednesday in the Old Town. From half past six in the evening, world renowned yogini Sarah Powers will give a three-hour workshop on Insight Yoga.

As posted before, today is the Different City Experience festival. To experience the city differently, I went to four different places in Prague.
Mlsná kavka
Yesterday I had a wonderful evening at Green Drinks in Mlsná kavka ('Picky Jackdaw'), a vegetarian restaurant near Florenc, which combines quality vegetarian meals with occupation for people less-favored on the labor market under one roof and in one kitchen.

Zahrada Trojského zámku
This castle/chateau at Troja is well known, but it also has a large landscaped garden and maze.
Zelená mapa Prahy (Prague Green Map)
When I was at the Trojské vinobraní (Trojan vintage) today, I talked to a nice guy from the company Auto*Mat. I had to admit I did not know them yet, but the huge Zelená mapa Prahy (Prague Green Map) had drawn my attention.

Zažít město jinak (experience the city differently) on Saturday September 22nd
Imagine a city in which cafés suddenly put up tables and chairs on the pavement. Where passers-by simply sit down and start talking to each other. Somebody takes out a guitar and starts playing while children play in a street, which has been transformed into truely public space.
All that will become reality – for one day – as part of the Different City Experience festival on Saturday, September 22nd.

Pražská botanická zahrada
Close to the zoo, at the top of the hill in Troja, is the Pražská botanická zahrada (Prague Botanical Garden).
Holešovické Trhy
The biggest Farmers´s Market in Prague is located in the Prague Market (Pražská tržnice) in Hall No. 22.
Bio Zahrada
In one of the quiet street off the square Náměstí Míru you can find Bio Zahrada (Bio Garden), a lovely 'kavárna' (cafe) and 'bio obchod' (organic shop).
Radost FX
Near the metro and tram stop I.P. Pavlova you can find Radost FX, a club, lounge ánd vegetarian restaurant.
Fruitisimo
Fruitisimo is one of the juice bars in the Czech Republic. They sell fresh juices, mixes, fresh fruit, fresh vegetable and fruit salads, bagels and sandwiches. Also, in some locations they sell things like muesli and instant miso soup.
